Circulador is a research and edition platform created with the objective of investigating the artistic production of the countries that have the Portuguese as an official language, in an effort to value the cultural and linguistic diversity of this wide geographic space and to encourage exchange among its youth, serving as a channel for visibility, discussion and support for the distribution of cultural content.

Defending a greater integration of this complex space the project seeks to open up new possibilities for cultural cooperation and to stimulate economic capacities in culture, connecting and articulating the main urban centers of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP) .
